I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While I appreciated the indoor pool and the pet-friendly policy, there were some drawbacks like the cleanliness issues in the rooms and the lack of balcony seating. The staff was hit or miss in terms of friendliness, with some shining moments but also some lackluster interactions.

The room was not as clean as I had hoped for, with the floor needing a good sweep. The balcony only had two chairs, and I had to deal with smoking neighbors despite it being a non-smoking hotel.

The service was a bit inconsistent. While some staff members were friendly and attentive, others, like the front desk clerks, were not very helpful or welcoming. There were some standout individuals, such as Braelin who checked us in.

Location

The location was convenient for us as we were close to everything we needed, including a dog park. However, the valet service was subpar, and it took me some effort to locate my vehicle using the panic button on my key.

The breakfast was below my expectations, with limited choices that my family didn't particularly enjoy. The quality was inconsistent, with some days being better than others.

Facilities

Despite some issues, I did appreciate having an indoor pool, although it was small and closed during rain. It was disappointing that our room wasn't ready until an hour after the guaranteed check-in time.
